Initial meeting
To enable you to get an idea of me and my method of working, I invite you to an initial meeting. At this meeting, we can discover together, whether I am the right person for you and your concerns. You should be able to build up some trust in me, which is an important basis for any psychotherapy. After the initial meeting, you should be in a position to decide whether you wish to start psychotherapy with me or not. The initial meeting is chargeable.
If you decide to be treated by me you may, if you wish, set targets, which we can review together at specific intervals.

Payment options

Self-pay: You cover all costs yourself. This means that you are independent of your health insurance. The hourly rate will be agreed upon during the initial meeting.

Basic insurance (KVG): As of July 1, 2022, the costs of psychological psychotherapy will be covered by basic insurance. In order to be covered by the basic insurance, you need an “order for psychological psychotherapy” (Anordnung psychologische Psychotherapie)  from a doctor (general practitioner, psychiatrist). If you have such an order, please feel free to contact me.  I am licensed to bill with the basic insurance of your health insurance. The costs and the number of appointments are regulated by law.

Supplementary insurance: Billing via supplementary insurance is no longer possible.

As a rule, therapy sessions last for 50 minutes or 75 minutes, if required. If possible, one session per week should be planned. If this is not possible, the next session will be agreed in each case.

You can agree an appointment with me by telephone or e-mail.
